The Most Merciful, The Most Compassionate
> The One who grants even more grace and greater rewards in response to our good actions and high thoughts.
> The One who greatly rewards those who use the Divine bounties and beneficence in a good way.
> The One who has mercy on the merciful.
R-Ḥ-M (Arabic: ر ح م ) is the triconsonantal root meaning mercy and sympathy. The form "raheem" denotes time permanence, i.e., "ever merciful".
In this life, Allah grants blessings so that people may turn to religion, think, use their intellect, and thank Him. Those who turn away have only a short time, as short as the blink of an eye, to take advantage of these blessings. In the Hereafter, however, all blessings belong to believers who strove to draw near to Allah and earn his good pleasure while they were in this arena of testing ( world ) . They give thanks to almighty Allah, for he is the Most Merciful and gives the good news of Paradise only to His faithful servants.

Some examples of quranic usage :
- Beginning of every chapter except one,
"In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful."
- In numerous other places.
E.g
" He knows all that goes into the earth, and all that comes out thereof; all that comes down from the sky and all that ascends thereto and He is the Most Merciful, the Oft-Forgiving " [ Ch.34 ( Saba' / SHEBA ), V.2 ]
" God is He, other than Whom there is no other god;- Who knows (all things) both secret and open; He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful." ( Ch.59 [ Al Hashr THE MUSTERING ] , V.22 )
