Abu Shuraih reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe!” It was said, “Who is it, O Messenger of Allah?” He said, “He whose neighbor is not safe from his evil.”
