Prohibition of Pork
“A seller of forbidden meat such as pork, shall be punished in the same way (i.e. shall have one hand, or one foot lopped off).
Vishnu Sutra 5:49
“Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than Allaah.”
Al Qur’aan 5:3
The Qur’aan repeats this message in 2:173, 6:145 and 16:115
