NO GRAVES ARE KNOWN AMONG THE GRAVES OF THE PROPHETS EXCEPT
The location of the grave of Allah’s Prophet, Hud (Peace be upon him), is not known. Their claim that this grave belongs to Prophet Hud in Al-Ahqaf is baseless. The only known graves among those attributed to the Prophets are that of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and that of Ibrahim Al-Khalil (Abraham, peace be upon him) in the well-known cave in Al-Khalil, the Levant, Palestine. The graves of Prophets Hud, Salih, Nuh, and the other prophets are not known. Likewise, the claim that the grave of Prophet Hud lies in Al-Ahqaf and that it is in the room mentioned by the inquirer, is all baseless and false. No graves are known among the graves of the Prophets other than that of our Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) and that of Al-Khalil.

NOTE:
It is not permissible to undertake journeys to visit graves of the prophets, righteous people and others. Doing so is a Bid`ah (innovation in religion). The evidence for this is the Hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him): Al-Bukhari, Sahih, Book on Friday, no. 1189; Muslim, Sahih, Book on Hajj, no. 1397; Al-Nasa'y, Sunan, Book on Masjids, no. 700; Abu Dawud, Sunan, Book on rituals, no. 2033; Ibn Majah, Sunan, Book on performing Prayer and its Sunan, no. 1409; Ahmad, Musnad, vol. 2, p. 234; and Al-Darimy, Sunan, Book on Salah, no. 1421.Do not undertake a journey except to three Masjids (mosques): Al-Masjid Al-Haram (the Sacred Mosque in Makkah), this Masjid of mine (the Prophet's Mosque), and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa (the Mosque in Jerusalem). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: He who does any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, it is to be rejected. Visiting graves without undertaking journeys to visit them is a Sunnah (a commendable act). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Visit the graves for they remind you of the hereafter. (Related by Muslim in his Sahih "authentic" Book of Hadith).
