🔷 Sunnah of Waking up 🔷
1. Say Dua (1)
2. Wiping any traces of sleep on face (2)
3. Use Miswak (3)
4. Wash hands three times (4)
5. Wash your nose three times (5)

(1) Narrated Hudhayfah: And when he (The Prophet (ﷺ)) got up, he would say,
الْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
"Al-Hamdu lil-lahi al-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana, wa ilaihi an-nushur."
All praise is to Allah Who gave us life after death (sleep) and unto Him is the return
(Sahih al-Bukhari 6314)
(2) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) slept till the middle of the night, either a bit before or a bit after it and then woke up, rubbing the traces of sleep off his face with his hands.( Sahih al-Bukhari 183).
(3) Whenever the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) got up (from sleep), he would rub his teeth with Miswak (tooth-stick) [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
(4) The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) said: When anyone amongst you wakes up from sleep, he should wash his hands three times before putting it in the utensil, for he does not know where his hand was during the night. (Sahih Muslim 278d)
(5) The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If anyone of you rouses from sleep and performs the ablution, he should wash his nose by putting water in it and then blowing it out thrice, because Satan has stayed in the upper part of his nose all the night." (Sahih al-Bukhari 3295)
