“I hate him for doing this to me!”...

Assalamualaikum ,beautifully said..

“I hate him for doing this to me!”...
“She destroyed my life”...
“This hardship ruined me!”...
Allah (swt) created this Dunia and informed us that there will be good and there will be evil...
None of us can escape the impact of both good and evil... we will all experience good and evil in different ways and degrees... but even the degree in which we experience these is measured and known by Allah (swt)...
As difficult as it is to accept; but the people we’ve been hurt by have actually been chosen by Allah (swt) for a purpose in the story of our lives - nothing is random or by mistake - our lives are not limited to the number of years we spend on planet earth; but the countless and eternal years to come in the hereafter... and keeping an eye on that is necessary in making sense of the things we can’t make sense of at times here...because it may seem extremely unfair, hard, unjust (if this Dunia was “it”)...
But this Dunia is NOT “it”... upon death; this Dunia will seem like a 2-3 hour experience! So we will only have real perspective then...
He (swt) is All Wise... we can’t guess why we had to experience these people or events...as painful as they are... but maybe to teach us what we need to learn, help us detach from that which our hearts shouldn’t be attached to from the first place and allow us to grow and becomes closer to Him (swt)...
But above all; perhaps they are the key we need to reach a level in Jannah that we cannot ever reach without this specific pain! Maybe our deeds in Dunia will never allow us to reach this place in Jannah that Allah Has written for us; but this pain is the only way... maybe...I don’t know...But Allah Only Knows...and trusting Him is enough...
And because He (swt) Only Knows; it is He who chooses the events and people that come into our lives...those individuals don’t choose; although it looks like they do... it’s all part of a divine plan; written for us by the Most Merciful, All Knowing and All Wise...
So for our own sanity, contentment and inner peace: surrender and trust Allah completely! You’re heart will find rest only then...
We often surrender and trust when it’s convenient to do so... We need to trust and surrender when it’s very hard... when we do this, genuinely, we will feel a sense of gratitude for it all... something in our hearts will shift...and we will feel peace... surrender willingly and trust Allah’s Plan and the bitterness and anger will dissolve... this can only happen then: because no heart can contain gratitude and anger at the same time!
Nothing and no one on the face of earth should ever be given so much so that they have the power to “destroy” or “ruin” you... when we feel that they did; we continue to give them power they don’t own or deserve! Power that should be reserved for no one but yourself... nothing and no one can destroy us without our permission... and ultimately; without Allah’s permission!
Re-align: Shift your focus from x person back to Allah (Alone) and the hereafter; and this dunia (with all its “weak evil”) will be seen for what it is: it doesn’t even have the value of a mosquitos’ wing in the sight of Allah (swt)... this is its true value...and power only belongs to Allah (swt); the Only source of power and good...
Don’t define the rest of your life or who you are by a person or an event... you’re so much more than that... you need to see and believe this to overcome whatever hardship you’re experiencing...
Surrender to Allah’s Will... And seek power from Him (swt), the source of ALL power, until your heart is whole and strong again...
Your power is not lost...
No one took it away from you...
Allah created you with it inside of you...
You just need to reclaim it again...
Reclaim what you *already* have ✊🏽 jazakallah khair.
