In the case when you are busy with life,

Bismillah
In the case when you are busy with life, your time is mostly for you, your family, your friends, your neighbors, your parents....so don’t forget to busy your life with the intention that you’re doing everything for the sake of Allah.
THe Prophet (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: "Verily actions are by intentions, and for every person is what he intended. So the one whose hijrah (migration) was to Allah and His Messenger, then his hijrah was to Allah and His Messenger. And the one whose hijrah was for the world to gain from it, or a woman to marry her, then his hijrah was to what he made hijrah for." (Al-Bukhari & Muslim)
A little upsetting when you give your all, but people will only highlight on that one flaw that you did carelessly. Don’t do it for the sake of humans, do it for the sake of Allah. Your hard work, your kind deeds, your effort....etc, people may never see the good that you do, and sometimes they will only recognize the bad. But regardless of if people recognize our efforts or not, nothing we do should ever be for them, only Allah. May Allah protect us all from doing good things for the wrong intentions.
Sometimes we forget that ibadah is not only when you pray or fast or perform charity. Ibadah is also how you treat those in your life. The responsibilities you have to fulfill daily, the rights you have to give to those who deserve it. Taking care of your kids is ibadah. Making your neighbour happy is ibadah. Sending your mum to the market is ibadah. Helping your friend in need is ibadah. So don’t forget that ibadah and it’s reward can be achieved in our daily routine as well, accompanied by the right intentions
Maximizing the intentions was the trade of the hearts of the sahābah (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhum), the scholars. They would perform a single action by which they would have many intentions to it in order to be rewarded abundantly for every intention. It is because of that Yahya b. Abī Kathīr said, “The intention reaches further than the action.”
Verily, all actions are but driven by intention and for everyone is what he intended."[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Allah's Messenger also said: "Certainly, Allah does not look at your shapes (appearance) or wealth. But He only looks at your hearts and deeds."[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
May Allah make us among those who will never forget Him and will never be away from Him, even when things are going well with our life or when life’s commitment gets busier. Ya Allah, make us among the few who are grateful.. Aameen Ya Rabbal Alameen
