A CALL TO THE ARROGANT KUFFAR:

Responses to Christians. 1 - IIN

▶️ A CALL TO THE ARROGANT KUFFAR:
When Pride Replaces Worship, Fire Replaces Mercy
All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
Peace and blessings be upon the prophets and messengers, from Adam to Noah, from Abraham to Moses, from Jesus to Muhammad ﷺ — all of whom called humanity to one truth:
Worship Allah alone, and do not be arrogant before Him.
Arrogance is not a small sin.
It is not merely bad character.
It is rebellion against the Creator.
Every arrogant soul who refuses to worship Allah walks the same path as Iblis, who was not destroyed for ignorance, but for pride.
---
Arrogance: The First Crime Against God
Allah says in the Qur’an:
> إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِي سَيَدْخُلُونَ جَهَنَّمَ دَاخِرِينَ
“Indeed, those who are too arrogant to worship Me will enter Hell in humiliation.”
(QS. Ghafir: 60)
This is not metaphor.
This is not poetry.
This is a divine warning.
Arrogance toward worship is not neutrality — it is defiance.
---
Iblis: The Prototype of Arrogant Rejection
Allah commanded Iblis to submit.
Iblis knew Allah.
He believed Allah exists.
Yet he refused to bow.
> قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ
“He said: I am better than him.”
(QS. Al-A‘raf: 12)
And Allah responded:
> فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّاغِرِينَ
“Then get out, for indeed you are among the humiliated.”
(QS. Al-A‘raf: 13)
Hell was prepared first for arrogance, not for ignorance.
---
The Qur’an: Arrogant Rejecters Will Be Burned and Salted
Allah does not only say they will burn.
He says their punishment will be repeated, renewed, inescapable.
> كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُم بَدَّلْنَاهُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَهَا
“Every time their skins are burned through, We replace them with new skins so they may taste the punishment again.”
(QS. An-Nisa: 56)
This is continuous punishment, not annihilation.
And Allah describes their condition:
فَذُوقُوا عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ
“So taste the punishment of the burning Fire.”
(QS. Al-Imran: 181)
To “taste” punishment is not symbolic.
It is experienced, felt, endured.
---
The Torah: Pride Leads to Consuming Fire
In the Torah (Old Testament), arrogance before God is also condemned with fire.
> “For behold, the day is coming, burning like an oven, when all the arrogant and all evildoers will be stubble.”
(Malachi 4:1)
And again:
“The LORD your God is a consuming fire.”
(Deuteronomy 4:24)
Fire is not accidental.
It is the chosen punishment for those who exalt themselves above God.
---
The Bible: God Resists the Proud
In the Bible, arrogance is not tolerated. It is opposed.
“God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
(James 4:6)
Jesus himself warns:
“Everyone who exalts himself will be humbled.”
(Luke 14:11)
And the fate of the arrogant is clear:
“These will go away into eternal punishment.”
(Matthew 25:46)
Eternal punishment is not a metaphor for discomfort.
It is enduring consequence.
---
Why Fire? Why Such a Severe Punishment?
Because arrogance is a crime against truth, not society.
Arrogant people say:
“I don’t need God”
“I bow to no one”
“I am sufficient”
Yet:
👉🏻They did not create themselves
👉🏻They cannot stop death
👉🏻They cannot delay judgment
Allah says:
“Have you seen the one who takes his own desire as his god?”
(QS. Al-Jathiyah: 23)
Refusing to worship Allah is self-deification.
---
“Salted With Fire”: A Reality, Not a Phrase
In ancient language, salt preserves.
To be “salted with fire” means punishment preserved, not destroyed.
Jesus said:
“Everyone will be salted with fire.”
(Mark 9:49)
Meaning:
The punishment does not end
The soul is preserved for accountability
Escape is not possible
This aligns with the Qur’an’s description of renewed skins and unceasing torment.
---
The Door Is Still Open — But Not Forever
Allah is Most Merciful — before death.
> قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ
“Say: O My servants who have wronged themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah.”
(QS. Az-Zumar: 53)
But after death:
“They will not be given respite.”
(QS. Al-Baqarah: 162)
---
Final Warning and Final Call
➡️ Every prophet warned his people:
➡️ Worship Allah🛐
➡️ Abandon arrogance
➡️ Submit before you are forced to submit
Because on the Day of Judgment:
وَعَنَتِ الْوُجُوهُ لِلْحَيِّ الْقَيُّومِ
“All faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Sustainer.”
(QS. Ta-Ha: 111)
You will bow, willingly or unwillingly.
So bow now, while mercy is open.
Do not wait until arrogance is burned away by fire.
Return to Allah. Worship Him alone. Humble yourself before the Fire humbles you.
And Allah knows best.
