Namaste

It is haram in Islam to greet with the Hindu pagan greeting of Namaste (which literally means : I bow to the God inside of you)
Can we greet the kuffaar with a greeting other than salaam?
May Allaah increase us and you in knowledge and acceptable righteous deeds. It was reported from Muaawiyah ibn Abi Sufyaan (may Allaah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whomever Allaah wills good for, He enables him to understand the religion.
(Agreed upon).
In response to your question: His Excellency Shaykh Abd al-Azeez ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked the following question:
Nowadays, as a result of dealing with the West and the East most of whose people are kuffaar of different sects and religions they say the greeting of Islam (as-salaamu alaykum) when they meet us in any place. What should we do with regard to them?
He (may Allaah have mercy on him) replied:
It was reported that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Do not initiate the greeting of salaam to the Jews and Christians, and if you encounter them in the street, push them to the narrowest part of the road.
(Narrated by Muslim). And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: If the people of the Book greet you with salaam, say Wa alaykum (and also upon you). (Agreed upon). The People of the Book are the Jews and Christians; the ruling concerning the rest of the kuffaar is the same as the ruling concerning the Jews and Christians with regard to this matter, because there is no evidence (daleel) to indicate anything different.
So we should not initiate the greeting of salaam to a kaafir at all; if he initiates the greeting of salaam, then we should say wa alaykum in response, in obedience to the command of the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). There is no reason why we cannot then say, How are you? Or, How are your children? as has been permitted by some of the scholars, including Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him), especially when doing so serves an Islamic purpose such as encouraging him to take an interest in Islam so that he will be receptive to dawah, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meanings):
Invite (mankind, O Muhammad) to the way of your Lord (i.e. Islam) with wisdom (i.e. with the Divine Revelation and the Quraan) and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better [al-Nahl 16:125]
And argue not with the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), unless it be in (a way) that is better (with good words and in good manner, inviting them to Islamic Monotheism with His Verses), except with such of them as do wrong [al-Ankaboot 29:46]
(Majmoo Fataawaa wa Rasaail Samaahat al-Shaykh Abd al-Azeez ibn Baaz Fataawaa al-Aqeedah, part 2, p. 1042)
Imaam Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said, with regard to initiating the greeting with a kaafir:
A group i.e., of scholars said: it is permissible to initiate the greeting for a purpose, such as some interest that one hopes to achieve, or because one fears his harm, or because they are related by blood, or for some other reason that dictates that.

BIBLE proves that Jesus was Muslim !

‏‎Lets know our GOD.‎‏ مع ‏‎Saeed Dawah‎‏ و‏‎Moine Ali‎‏.

BIBLE proves that Jesus was Muslim !
-Mohammed Hassan (Thanks for introducing this Artile to us )
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jesus lived as a Muslim as per Holly Bible !!
Yes, Further says, most of the prophets prayed as Muslim DO …
Jesus was using word Muslim in Luke.
Bismillahirahmanirahim mentioned in bible.
Submitted to the will of God (Allah) – Luke 22:42, John 5:30
Fasted forty days and forty nights - – Matt 4:2
He prayed on his forehead to One God - – Matt 26:39
He greeted his disciples with the greeting of peace be unto you (as-salaamualaikum) o John 20:21
Jesus had a beard as is the way of all the prophets.
Female followers (Disciples) all wore Hijab.
Jehovah’s Witnesses (JW): Muslims are following Jesus more closely than Jehovah’s Witnesses.
For Example:
Jesus prayed by putting his head on the ground (garden of Gethsemane)
Jesus had a beard
Jesus ate kosher= Halal food - never ate pork
Mary covered her hair all the time - just as Muslims do JW ladies only cover in Their churches (Kingdom Halls)
All Prophets Prayed As Muslims Do : -
Wudhu:
Moses and Aaron: “And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet thereat: when they went into the tent of the congregation and when they came near unto the altar, they washed, as the lord commanded Moses.” (Exodus 40:31-32)
Many Prophets prostrated - Sujood
Jesus – Matthew 26:39
Elijah – I Kings 18:42
Moses and Aaron – Numbers 20:6
Abraham- Genesis17:3
Islam : -
Denying Islam is like denying yourslf!
Denying Islam is totaly denying your head!
Denying Islam is denying your peace!
Denying Islam is denying your home!
Denying Islam is denying Jesus, becouse he is a muslim!
Denying Islam is denying Abraham & remember that he is the father of all believers!
Denying Islam is denying your heart!
Denying Islam ,is denying your entire life!
Denying Islam,is denying your rights!
You were born to be a muslim & live a mislim as well as dying as a muslim!
Islam means peace & submission to the will Of God!
Everyone must submite himslf to the governing authorities, for there is no authorities except that wch God has established!
If you rebel against authorities, you're only rebeling againsnt what God has instituted!
Job 28:28
to be wise is to worship God!
To understand is to avoid evil!
Its through faith that we belive in God's existance!
Its through faith that we understand that the universe was made out from God's word just as both Adam & Jesus were made from God's word!
After God created Adam,it was n't enough for Adam to be human unless when God had breathed in him the spirit of life, finally he became the living soul just as Jesus also became the living soul through God's power!
Jesus didn't humble himslf, but God himslf created him!
Jesus said ( john 6:57)
i live becouse of God!
Every man's life is under God's power!
Jeremiah 17:5
Cursed is everyone who puts his trust in man!
Jesus is man ( acts 2:22)
Luke 6:40 (21st Century King James Version)
40 The disciple is not above his master, but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.Luke 6:40 (American Standard Version)
40 The disciple is not above his teacher: but every one when he is perfected shall be as his teacher. The perfection here means a spiritual one. What the verse is saying is that knowledge is not what matters! The teacher or master is higher in knowledge than his student. But the student can be as high as his teacher, or even higher, by being a true 'MUSHLAM' or Muslim, a spiritually perfect and well-disciplined person!
"Ein talmeed na'leh 'al rabbo; shekken kal adam she'MUSHLAM yihyeh k'rabbo."
Let us look at what Jesus said in Luke 6:40 in the language of Aramaic translated into Hebrew as shown below:
"Ein talmeed na'leh 'al rabbo; shekken kal adam she'MUSHLAM yihyeh k'rabbo."Note: Aramaic and Hebrew are read from right to left, which is opposite to English. No student can be above his teacher, but everyone that is a MUSLIM, can be as his teacher."
Important Note: The Hebrew word "Mushlam" comes from the root "Sh L M". "Shalom" which comes from the same root means "peace". The Arabic word "Muslim" comes from the root "S L M". "Salam" means "peace". "Salem" means "safe"
Bismillah hirrahma nirrahim found in some of the Arabic Bible recently – Allahu akbar kabeera
Recently Father Pecerillo, a famous Franciscan Archeologist, found more than twenty churches in Madaba at the south of Jordan. From the Forth Century we found houses in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Palestine with this inscription in Arabic :"Bismi Allah al-Rahman al-Raheem" which shows that even people before Islam used this Holy name, "Allah", for GOD Almighty, which proves that the name of GOD Almighty in the Noble Quran, "Allah", is the correct one. This also proves to us that the Bible is not all found. There are still missing pieces in it that disprove trinity.
Further discoveries from an Arabic Roman Catholic web site at http://www.al-bushra.org/arbhrtg/arbxtn04.htm
Recently also, Father Pecerillo, a famous Franciscan Archeologist, found from the Forth Century (200 years before Islam) houses in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Palestine with this inscription in Arabic :"Bismi Allah al-Rahman al-Raheem" which means in Arabic "In the name of ALLAH, the Most Merciful and the Most Gracious", which again proves that His Holy name existed before Islam and it also proves the True Oneness of Allah Almighty and refutes Trinity.
Here is an analysis to the Arabic words above:
Bismi - Ism = name. Bism = In name, because "Bi" = in. Bismi = In the name of, because the "i" at the end of the word must be added because of the "Bi" addition. When we added "Bi" to the word "Ism", then the "i" must also be added to the end of "Bism" if and only if the word "Bism" is followed by another word, which makes it become all one word "Bismi" which means "In the name of".
Allah - Allah is the name of Allah Almighty. Bismi Allah sounds as "bismillah", but two seperate words. "Bismi" is one seperate word and "Allah" is another seperate word.
Al-Rahman - Al = the. Rahman = merciful. Rahman is derived from Rahmah, which means mercy. Al-Rahman is one word. It is not like English two words "the merciful". No, in Arabic, "the" is combined with the word both are written as one word; "Al-Rahman".
Al-Raheem - Al = the. Raheem = gracious. Al-Raheem = the gracious. Again, Al-Raheem is written as one Arabic word, and not two.
"Bismi Allah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem" = "In the name of Allah the Most Merciful and the Most Gracious".
Here is how the four Arabic words "Bismi Allah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem" written in Arabic:
Luke 6:40 (21st Century King James Version)
40 The disciple is not above his master, but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.Luke 6:40 (American Standard Version)
