" ...they were commanded not, but that they should worship Allah, and worship none but Him Alone (abstaining from ascribing partners to Him), and perform prayer and give charity, and that is the right religion.'' (Quran 98:5)

vessels of gold or silve
Islam House من قبل Koki Noor.
Abd al-Rahman reported on the authority of his mother's sister Umm Salama who said that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said:
He who drank in vessels of gold or silver he in fact drank down in his belly the fire of Hell.

unity
i'm tired of the words "unity between Muslims" and "don't divide" and don't judge other people"!! the unity between Muslims can only attained by following the Quran and Sunnah, so whoever want to be part of this Ummah let him come under the flag of Ahlu-Sunnah wal-Jammah.
we don't divide this Ummah, we seek guidance for everybody, those sects who deserted from the group of Muslims and deviated from the true path are the ones who cause division in this Ummah.
we only judge according to Quran and Sunnah and whoever contradict it we say to him so, we don't say "you are going to hell" and "you are going to heaven".. rather it is those people who condemn themselves.

Jesus (pbuh) taught his followers to be Muslims:
"And behold! I inspired the Disciples to have faith in Me [Allah] and Mine Messenger [Jesus]; they said, ''We have faith, and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims.(The Noble Quran, 5:111)
Noble Verse 5:111 seems to agree perfectly with Jesus' teachings in the Bible's New Testament in Luke 6:40
Jesus using the word "Muslim" in Luke 6:40:
This article was give to me by brother Tamer, may Allah Almighty always be pleased with him.
Let us look at Luke 6:40 from my N.I.V. Bible "A student is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like his teacher."
Hebrew pronunciation as follows (Taken from Aramaic Bible which the language used by the Jesus PBUH) Aramaic is the mother tongue of Jesus (PBUH)
"Ein talmeed na'leh 'al rabbo; shekken kal adam she'MUSHLAM yihyeh k'rabbo."

Muslim Women have more rights than Christian women.
uslim Women have more Rights than the Christian women.
Muslim Women have more rights than Christian women.
(Authentic Evidence from the Scripture)
In a truely Islamic society women have the following rights in Islam:
1. The right and duty to obtain education.
2. The right to have their own independent property.
3. The right to work to earn money if they need it or want it.
4. Equality of reward for equal deeds.
5. The right to express their opinion and be heard.
6. The right to provisions from the husband for all her needs and more.
7. The right to negotiate marriage terms of her choice.
8. The right to obtain divorce from her husband, even on the grounds that she simply can't stand him. (pls note that God deeply frowns upon divorce as a solution unless there is hardly any other alternative but it does not mean that men have more right to divorce their wives than women do.)
9. The right to keep all her own money (she is not responsible to maintain any relations).
10. The right to get sexual satisfaction from her husband.
11. custody of their children after divorce.
12. to refuse any marriage that does not please them
Comapring the Bible and Quran:
1. The Bible Convicts Women as the original Sinners (ie. Eve picking from the forbidden tree){Genesis 2:4-3:24}.
The Quran Clarifies it was Adam Not Eve {Quran 7:19-25}
2. The Bible says "The Birth of a Daughter is a loss" {Ecclesiasticus 22:3}.
The Quran says both are an Equal Blessing { Quran 42:49}
3. The Bible forbids women from speaking in church {I Corinthians 14:34-35}.
The Quran says women can argue with the Prophet {58:1}
4. In the Bible, divorced Women are Labeled as an Adulteress, not men {Matthew 5:31-32}
The Quran does Not have Biblical double standards{ Quran 30:21}
5. In The Bible, widows and sisters do not inherit Any property or wealth, only men do {Numbers 27:1-11}
The Koran abolished this male greed { Quran 4:22} and God protects all.
6. The Bible Allows Multiple Wives {I Kings 11:3}
In The Quran , God limits the number to 4 only under certain situations (with the wife's permission)and prefers you marry only one wife { Quran 4:3} The Koran gives the woman the right to choose who to marry.
7. "If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, he shall pay the girl's father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the girl, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives" {Deuteronomy 22:28-30}
One must ask a simple question here, who is really punished, the man who raped the woman or the woman who was raped? According to the Bible, you have to spend the rest of your life with the man who raped you.
The Prophet Muhammad Says {Volume 9, Book 86, Number 101} Narrated by Aisha:"It is essential to have the consent of a virgin (for the marriage)".
Would the Non-Muslim men reading this prefer the Women they know to be Christian or Muslim?
8. The Bible also asks women to wear veils as in Islam {I Corinthians 11:3-10}
9. Women were given rights to Vote less than a 100 years ago in the (US), while the Quran gave women voting rights almost 1,500 years ago.
IS PROPHET MOHAMMED (PBUH) NOT MARRIED A CHILD OR HE WAS A PEDOPHILIA?

IS PROPHET MOHAMMED (PBUH) NOT MARRIED A CHILD OR HE WAS A PEDOPHILIA?
Ans:
THE REASON WHY THE PROPHET (PEACE AND BLESSINGS OF ALLAH BE UPON HIM) MARRIED 'Aa'ISHA DESPITE THE AGE DIFFERENCE? : REASONING,LOGICAL AND SCIENTIFIC ANSWER
Narrated By 'Ursa: The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with 'Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was NINE years old and she remained with him for NINE years (i.e. till his death).
[Vol 7, Book 62. Wedlock, Marriage (Nikaah).Hadith 088. Shahi Bukhari]
the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had grieved over the death of the Mother of the Believers Khadeejah, who had supported him and stood by his side, and he called the year in which she died The Year of Sorrow. Then he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married Sawdah, who was an older woman rather he married her to console her after her husband had died and she stayed among mushrik people. Four years later the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her), and he was over fifty. Perhaps the reasons for the marriage were as follows:
1 He saw a dream about marrying her. It is proven in
al-Bukhaari from the hadeeth of ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to her: “You were shown to me twice in a dream. I saw that you were wrapped in a piece of silk, and it was said, ‘This is your wife.’ I uncovered her and saw that it was you. I said, ‘If this is from Allaah then it will come to pass.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 3682). As to whether this is a prophetic vision as it appears to be, or a regular dream that may be subject to interpretation, there was a difference of opinion among the scholars, as mentioned by al-Haafiz in Fath al-Baari, 9/181.
2 CHARATERISTIC AND INTELLIGENCE IN AISHA(R.A)
The characteristics of intelligence and smartness that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had noticed in ‘Aa’ishah even as a small child, so he wanted to marry her so that she would be more
able than others to transmit reports of what he did and said. In fact, as stated above, she was a reference point for the Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) with regard to their affairs and rulings.
3 RELATION WITH SAHABA
The love of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) for her father Abu Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with him), and the persecution that Abu Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with him) had suffered for the sake of the call of truth, which he bore with patience. He was the strongest of people in faith and the most sincere in certain faith, after the Prophets.
It may be noted that among his wives were those who were young and old, the daughter of his sworn enemy, the daughter of his closest friend. One of them occupied herself with raising orphans, another distinguished herself from others by fasting and praying qiyaam a great deal… They represented all kinds of people, through whom the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was able to set out a way for the Muslims showing how to deal properly with all kinds of people. [See al-Seerah al-Nabawiyyah fi Daw’ al-Masaadir al-Asliyyah, p. 711].
With regard to the issue of her being young and your being confused about that, you should note that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) grew up in a hot country, the Arabian Peninsula. Usually in hot countries adolescence comes early and people marry early. This is how the people of Arabia were until recently. Moreover, women vary greatly in their development and their physical readiness for marriage.
Many people alleged that prophet Mohammed(pbuh) Married a Child or Pedophilia , (Auzbillah).
The meaning of Pedophilia: Sexual attracted towards the children ". Remember "Children" or "Child"
If we analyze and we can conclude that this statement is baseless, that even today the Arab girls reach adulthood at an age between 8 years to 11 years due to the effect of climate and food habits of their region. Therefore this proves that Ayesha® Young when they started their marriage life,
As i told that the girls reach the puberty between the 8 and 11 normally, means she not a child when their marriage relation is began. Child means: The Boy or the Girl hasn’t reached the Puberty, if they reach the puberty there are not child but they are young.
Its culture of the Arabs that time whether the Muslim or Non-Muslim or Christian they follow this culture, but according Islam if the Girl or Boy reaches the Puberty means: Adult they can marry if they wish. This is the Islamic Law. Marring in a child age is not preferable or discouraged in Islam. There are various rule and regulations for that.
America: only in the 'taxes' special law the 14 year marriage law, they have from their generation marrying earlier is their custom or tradition. It’s American Law no one has any objection.
In Mexico: 16 year marriage law, recently a girl went to Mexico and marriage a person 0f 30 are she is 16 0r 17 because in American she can't marry. Now it’s Mexico Law no one has any objection
In India , Its 18 age . Previously Indian girls use to reach puberty normally 14-15 0r 16 but now the Food and climate change cause reaching puberty 10 -11 very common now doctor telling on News paper, TV News etc.. if the girl reach the puberty before 9 then its matter of concern other wise 10 ,11 its normal .but now its India law we have obey it.
In , Indonesia . Marriage Law is 19 the country has maximum Muslim population in the World they put 19 age of the girls marriage , why because their Food and environment is different and girls don't reaches puberty earlier accordingly they made such law .
If you says marring late is Good law the Indonesia law is the greater law then the India law ? no.. Every country has its own law according to their requirements and needs
now I am asking you which law is right here American Law, Mexico Law or India Law, Indonesia Law?
If you support any one law its goes against all other laws!
Islamic Law: If the boy or girl reaches to the Puberty (Adult) if they wish they can marry
marrying earlier is preferable in Islam but not the obligatory.
Allah says in the Qur'an Ch 4 Verse 19 “Do not marry women, against her own will "
marrying any girl forcefully its prohibited in Islam
some people says what the need to marrying Aisha(r) is in young age?
We know that only She narrated Hadith(sunna) of prophet more than 2000 , and on her hand 70 people become Scholars , means she scholar of the scholar and she is very knowledgeable in the field of Medicine and math’s , History and etc. she memorized the Whole Qur'an , Allahamdulilah and she is ideal for the whole women of the Muslim and the world , The stature like her or Character like her no women in the world and on one will going to come .
Because she was with the prophet Mohammed (pbuh) , other if she would have married at age 17 or 18 , She will be with prophet just 1 or 2 year , what she will learn in 1 or 2 years ? not Much .
Remember in the beginning the meaning of Pedophilia: Sexual attracted towards the children ". remember"Children" or "Child"
When the Prophet Mohammed(pbuh) had relation with her , she is not a Child but a Young girl means Adult but not a child!.
The statement of “pedophilia” attributing to Prophet itself base less completely.

Is arrogance an issue in the Muslim Ummah today? Do people think they are better than others just because of their origin or their Arabic skills, etc?

Generation gap!!!
تحديث الحالة
بواسطة Islam Religion
Question....Generation gap!!!!? Assalamualaikum , I am 18, My parents fail to understand me, I cannot get along with them. They don't buy I-phone for me, though they can afford. They keep on bothering me " Dont miss your prayers ? Be aware of shirk !" I feel irritated. I pray five times and never commit shirk but this type of poking irritates me.. I think it is a generation gap..
Walaykumussalam....It is not a generation gap but a communication gap from your side. Your parents know that you don't need I-Phone, and they do not want to cultivate a habit in you of extra vagance, spending where not required. They do not want you to be a brother of Shaytan as the Qur'an warns .. and do not be a spendthirft, spendthrifts are brothers of shaytan and shaytan is towards his Lord 'kafoora'.. Now kafoora means to be ungrateful. So your parents are right. Don't buy an I phone if you don't need it.
Regarding your irritation.. it is also form Shaytan. This noble gesture of your parents specially father is in accordance to the noble concerns of all the Prophets . Refer to Surah Baqarah, verse 132. And when Ibrahim a.s. was on his death bed he called upon his sons and told them.. Oh My sons, Allah has chosen the faith for you so do not die except in the state of Islam.. and who were his sons? Two prophets, Ismail and Is'haq (pbut) Did the sons say , O dear father we our selves are Prophets, would we commit shirk? NO! neither they approached any Nisaar Sir complaining about their father...
Note the other Prophet too, Yaqub a.s. He asked his sons when he was on death bed.. Whom wil you worship after me? The sons included Yusuf.. a.s. He too was a prophet but didnt say O Father ! Do you not trust our faith? NO..He replied we will worship the Lord of Abraham and I Ismail and Is'haq ( pbut).
If you study the Qur'an.. genuine affection of fathers is reflected in the concern of the akhera of their sons and they performed their fatherly duty till the last breathe of their life. Both the above prophets spoke to their sons when they were on death bed. It means through out their life. They didnt discard theri duty thinking that "Oh! Now my son is grown up.. he can understand the difference between good and bad"..
Study the story of Prophet Noah a.s. He appealed to his sons till the son died on kufr.. study Surah Luqman.. the Qur'an honours Luqman with the title Luqman the wise..what wisdom?... The first advice he gives to his son.. Ya bunnaya.. O my son !Do not do shirk.
You are lucky to have such parents and they are not poking you but they are concerned about your akhera. So respond them by following the instruction of the Quran : So be grateful to Me ( Allah ) and your parents.. Surah luqman ch 31 verse 14....

Imam Ali love to the Sahaba (raa)
Exposing Shia's Beliefs
Shia' (Rafidda) claim that Ali (radia Allah anhu) hated the Sahaba whom the Shia' claim that they all became disbelievers after the death of the prophet (saw) except 3 persons, but in fact if we examine the Shiite books itself it will show us the real view of Ali (ra) about the Sahaba, first we should mention that, Sayyduna Ali (ra) married Sayyduna Abu Bakr's (ra) wife after he died and he gave his daughter Um Kalthum to Sayyduna Umar (ra) as a wife, he also named three sons of his as Abu Bakr ibnu Ali, Umar ibnu Ali, and Uthman ibnu Ali, does this seem like he hate them ?!!
now to the narrations
Imam Ali said:"I have seen the companions of the Prophet but I do not find anyone resembling them. They began the day with dust on the hair and face (in hardship of life) and passed the night in prostration and standing in prayers. Sometimes they put down their foreheads and sometimes their cheeks. With the recollection of their resurrection it seemed as though they stood on live coal. It seemed that in between their eyes there were signs like knees of goats, resulting from long prostrations. When Allah was mentioned their eyes flowed freely till their shirt collars were drenched. They trembled for fear of punishment and hope of reward as the tree trembles on the day of stormy wind." (Shiite book- Nahjul Balagha, sermon 96)
Majlisi narrated from Tusi who has narrated an authentic tradition, from Ali (as) that he said “I order you regarding the companions of the Prophet (s) , don’t criticize them, because they are the companions of your Prophet (s). They are his companions, they didn’t start any bidah in the religion, nor given honor to any innovator. Yes! The Prophet (s) has ordered me regarding them." (Shiite book - Bihar al-Anwar 22/305 & Hayat ul Qulub , Vol. 2, p. 621)
Jafar bin Muhammad narrates from his father that a man from Quraish came to Amirul Momineen (Ali), and said “I just heard you say : O Allah, guide us as you guided the Righteous Caliphs, who are those? He said “They were two friends of mine, they are Abu Bakr and Umar. They are the Imams of guidance, the two sheikhs of Islam, the Quraishites, and they are the the ones to be followed after the Prophet (s), whoever followed them, will follow the correct path.
(Shiite book - Talkhis Shafi, Vol. 2, p. 428)
Imam Ali (ra) was asked, “Why was abu bakr chosen for the caliphate?” He (ra) replied, “We saw that Abu bakr was the most suitable for this affair amongst the people. He was the companion of the Prophet (saw) in the cave and was the second person ever praised by Allah (swt); and the Prophet made him imam while he (saw) was alive.” (Sharah e Nihjal Balagha, Labin Abi Al-Hadid, 1/332)
Imam Ali (ra) said at the funeral of Umar ibnul-Khattab (ra):
“I want from Allah to accompain you (Umar) with your two friends Rasool Allah (saw) and as-Siddique (ra). Because i heared from Rasool Allah (sws) saying: “I, Abu Bakr and Umar entered together;
I, Abu Bakr and Umar went out together;
I, Abu Bakr and Umar ate together.”
And I want from Allah to accompain you (umar) with those two (i.e. the prophet and abu Bakr).”
Thus the imam turned to Sahabas and said, “By Allah, I wish Allah made my record of deeds like that of Umar’s “ (Shiite book - Kitabe al – Shafi al-Huda, Syed ul – Murtaza and Talkhis Al – Shafi, Tusi)
Ali (ra) says in praise of Uthman (ra), “There is nothing that we know and you are ignorant of that. I can not point out any matter that you are ignorant of. You know all what we know. We were not better than you in any case that we would inform you. And we were not unique in any case that we would inform you of that. You also saw what we saw; and heared what we heard; you were and are the companion of the prophet like we are. And Ibn abi Kahafa and Umer ibn Khatab were not better than you in practice. And you were nearer to the prophet; you became the son-in law of the prophet (twice) while they didn’t. “ (Shiite book - Nahjul Balagha, volume 2, page 232)

jesus never want to die
واسطة You Shall Know The Truth And The Truth Shall Set You Free
Many Christians claim that Jesus gave himself as a sacrifice for their sins, but in fact if you read the Bible, you will know that Jesus was not willing to die
[Matt 26:39] says that he prayed for that
"My Father, if it is possible, may this cup (of death) be taken away from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will"
he said that his soul is sorrowful, even on the cross - as the Bible claim -, the crucified one said "My God My God, who did you forsaken me?"
then who should recieve the credit of this sacrifice ?!
Jesus who died unwilinglly or God (whom you call the Father) who gave his only son for your sins (as you claim) ?!
But what did you do to him in return of this sacrifice ?!
you set partners with him in woship, you worship Jesus as god and his mother as mother of god! you worship saints and call them for help thinking that they can harm or benfit you!
you create pictures and crosses and prostrate to it!
you follow man-made laws instead of his law! you obey corrupted men whom you call popes and fathers ignoring the teachings of Jesus himself (Matthew 23:9) "And call none your father upon earth; for one is your father, who is in heaven"!!
you used his name in vain, you ignored his commandments, you commited adultery, you hated your brother, you killed your neighbours, you lied, you stole, you got drunk .. you worshiped satan, money, lusts ..etc
was that the reason that he made a sacrifice to you!
to give you freedom to do what ever you want ?!
or to give you a new start where you can be pure again
do you think he will send " another son " to die for you again?! because the sins that YOU have done now by ignoring all what (you claim) he did for you is bigger than (what your fathers called) the original sin which you did not commit.

Aisha reported: One night I missed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, from bed and when I looked for him my hand touched his feet while he was in prostration. They were raised and he was saying, “O Allah, I seek refuge in your pleasure from your anger and in your forgiveness from your punishment, and I seek refuge in you from you. I cannot fully praise you, for you are as you have praised yourself.”

The concept of Oneness of God was stressed by Moses(p) in the Biblical passage Known as the “Shema,” or the Jewish creed of faith: “Hear, O Israel The Lord our God is one Lord” (Deuteronomy 6:4)
It was repeated word-for-word approximately 1500 years later by Jesus(p) when he said “...The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord.” (Mark 12:29)
Muhammad(p) came along approximately 600 years later, bringing the same message again: “And your God is One God: there is no God but He” (The Qur'an, al- Bakarah(2):163)

NON-MUSLIMS REFERRED AS ‘KAFIRS’
Ans:
Kafir’ means one who rejects.
‘Kafir’ is derived from the word ‘kufr’, which means to conceal or to reject. In Islamic terminology, ‘Kafir’ means one who conceals or rejects the truth of Islam and a person who rejects Islam is in English called a ‘non-Muslim’.
If non-Muslims are hurt - they should accept Islam.
If any non-Muslim considers the word ‘Kafir’ i.e. ‘non-Muslim’ as an abuse, he may choose to accept Islam and then we will stop referring to him as or call him a kafir i.e. a non-Muslim.

“What is most embarrassing for the church is the difficulty of proving any of these statements of dogma from the new Testament documents. You simply cannot find the doctrine of the Trinity set out anywhere in the Bible. St. Paul has the highest view of Jesus’ role and person, but nowhere does he call him God. Nor does Jesus himself anywhere explicitly claim to be the second person in the Trinity, wholly equal to his heavenly Father. As a pious Jew, he would have been shocked and offended by such an Idea….(this is) in itself bad enough. But there is worse to come. This research has lead me to believe that the great majority of regular churchgoers are, for all practical purposes, tritheists. That is, they profess to believe in one God, but in reality they worship three..”

The Simple Life of the prophet Muhammad salla Allahu alayhe wa sallam :
If we compare the life of Muhammad pbuh before his mission as a prophet and his life after he began his mission as a prophet, we will conclude that it is beyond reas
on to think that Muhammad pbuh was a false prophet, who claimed prophethood to attain material gains, greatness, glory, or power.
Before his mission as a prophet, Muhammad pbuh had no financial worries. As a successful and reputed merchant, Muhammad pbuh drew a satisfactory and comfortable income. After his mission as a prophet and because of it, he became worse off materially. To clarify this more, let us browse the following sayings on his life:
n Aa’isha, Muhammad’s wife, said, “O my nephew, we would sight three new moons in two months without lighting a fire (to cook a meal) in the Prophet’s houses.” Her nephew asked, “O Aunt, what sustained you?” She said, “The two black things, dates and water, but the Prophet had some Ansar neighbors who had milk-giving she-camels and they used to send the Prophet some of its milk.”1
n Sahl Ibn Sa’ad, one of Muhammad’s companions, said, “The Prophet of God did not see bread made from fine flour from the time God sent him (as a prophet) until he died.”2
n Aa’isha, Muhammad’s wife, said, “The mattress of the Prophet , on which he slept, was made of leather stuffed with the fiber of the date-palm tree.”3
n Amr Ibn Al-Hareth, one of Muhammad’s companions, said that when the Prophet died, he left neither money nor anything else except his white riding mule, his arms, and a piece of land which he left to charity.4
Muhammad pbuh lived this hard life till he died although the Muslim treasury was at his disposal, the greater part of the Arabian Peninsula was Muslim before he died, and the Muslims were victorious after eighteen years of his mission.
Is it possible that Muhammad pbuh might have claimed prophethood in order to attain status, greatness, and power? The desire to enjoy status and power is usually associated with good food, fancy clothing, monumental palaces, colorful guards, and indisputable authority. Do any of these indicators apply to Muhammad ? A few glimpses of his life that may help answer this question follow.
Despite his responsibilities as a prophet, a teacher, a statesman, and a judge, Muhammad pbuh used to milk his goat,5 mend his clothes, repair his shoes,6 help with the household work,7 and visit poor people when they got sick.8 He also helped his companions in digging a trench by moving sand with them.9 His life was an amazing model of simplicity and humbleness.
Muhammad’s followers loved him, respected him, and trusted him to an amazing extent. Yet he continued to emphasize that deification should be directed to God and not to him personally. Anas, one of Muhammad’s companions, said that there was no person whom they loved more than the Prophet Muhammad pbuh , yet when he came to them, they did not stand up for him because he hated their standing up for him,10 as other people do with their great people.
Long before there was any prospect of success for Islam and at the outset of a long and painful era of torture, suffering, and persecution of Muhammad pbuh and his followers, he received an interesting offer. An envoy of the pagan leaders, Otba, came to him saying, “...If you want money, we will collect enough money for you so that you will be the richest one of us. If you want leadership, we will take you as our leader and never decide on any matter without your approval. If you want a kingdom, we will crown you king over us...” Only one concession was required from Muhammad in return for that, to give up calling people to Islam and worshipping God alone without any partner. Wouldn’t this offer be tempting to one pursuing worldly benefit? Was Muhammad pbuh hesitant when the offer was made? Did he turn it down as a bargaining strategy leaving the door open for a better offer? The following was his answer: {In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful} And he recited to Otba the verses of the Quran 41:1-38.11 The Following are some of these verses:
A revelation from (God), the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful; a Book whereof the verses are explained in detail; a Quran in Arabic, for people who know, giving good news and warning, yet most of them turn away, so they do not listen. (Quran, 41:2-4)
On another occasion and in response to his uncle’s plea to stop calling people to Islam, Muhammad’s answer was as decisive and sincere: {I swear by the name of God, O Uncle!, that if they place the sun in my right-hand and the moon in my left-hand in return for giving up this matter (calling people to Islam), I will never desist until either God makes it triumph or I perish defending it.}12
Muhammad pbuh and his few followers did not only suffer from persecution for thirteen years but the unbelievers even tried to kill Muhammad several times. On one occasion they attempted to kill him by dropping a large boulder, which could barely be lifted, on his head.13 Another time they tried to kill him by poisoning his food.14 What could justify such a life of suffering and sacrifice even after he was fully triumphant over his adversaries? What could explain the humbleness and nobility which he demonstrated in his most glorious moments when he insisted that success is due only to God’s help and not to his own genius? Are these the characteristics of a power-hungry or a self-centered man?

n Aa’isha, Muhammad’s wife, said, “O my nephew, we would sight three new moons in two months without lighting a fire (to cook a meal) in the Prophet’s houses.” Her nephew asked, “O Aunt, what sustained you?” She said, “The two black things, dates and water, but the Prophet had some Ansar neighbors who had milk-giving she-camels and they used to send the Prophet some of its milk.”1
n Sahl Ibn Sa’ad, one of Muhammad’s companions, said, “The Prophet of God did not see bread made from fine flour from the time God sent him (as a prophet) until he died.”2
n Aa’isha, Muhammad’s wife, said, “The mattress of the Prophet , on which he slept, was made of leather stuffed with the fiber of the date-palm tree.”3
n Amr Ibn Al-Hareth, one of Muhammad’s companions, said that when the Prophet died, he left neither money nor anything else except his white riding mule, his arms, and a piece of land which he left to charity.4
