Best 10 days of the year! #DhulHijjah
Muhammad ﷺ said, "There are No days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allaah than these 10 days." [Bukhaari]
- Fasting each of the first 9 days of Dhul Hijjah is a Sunnah,
specially the 9th** day which is the day of arafa, 10th day is EID
- Pray extra Nafl, read lots of Quran, give lots in Charity
- recite "subhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaaha ilAllah, Allahu Akbar" as MUCH as you can.(narrated in Ahmad)
One of the best form of ibadah is to REPENT to Allah for our sins.
**The 9th day being the Day of #Arafah;
- Fasting this day expiates all (minor)sins of both the previous & coming year
- “There is no day on which Allaah frees more people from the (Hell)Fire other than the Day of ‘Arafaah.” (Saheeh Muslim)
Remember, the greatest rewards are in the obligatory deeds!
Suggestions for the best 10 days in the world
The first ten days of the month of Dhul-Hijjah are the greatest days of the year. These days God has favored them, distinguished them, and swears by them that they are the most precious days of the year, and he urges us to do good deeds during these days . God Almighty and Majestic swears by these days, and He, Glory be to Him, said:
“and pronounce the Name of Allah on appointed days.” 22:28. The known days are the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah. Good deeds these days are not like other good deeds. An opportunity not to be missed by those of understanding.
The Prophet, may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him, said: “There are no days that are greater in the sight of Allah and more beloved to Him than working during these ten days. So Increase in tahleel, tahmid and tasbih ” (athkar and glorification of Allah)
Therefore, one of the best deeds these days is to recite a lot of tahleel ie saying, “La Ilaha ila Allah.” ( there is no diety worthy of worship except Allah)
Takbeer: "Allahu Akbar" (Allah is the greatest)
Praise : “ Alhamdullilah" (Praise be to Allah)
“Subhana Allah, wal hamdullilah ,wa la ilaha ila Allah, wallahu Akbar” (Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no diety worthy of worship except Allah, Allah is the greatest)
“Subhana Allah wa bihmadihi” (Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him).... Whoever says, these words, a palm tree will be planted for him in Paradise.
We send peace and blessings to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace:
O Allah, send peace upon Muhammad and his wives and his offspring as you sent peace upon the family of Abraham, and bless Muhammad, his wives and his offspring, as you blessed the family Abraham, you are praiseworthy and glorious.
We say: “There is no diety worthy of worship but Allah, alone, without partner, to Him belongs the kingdom and to Him belongs praise, and He is Able to do all things...”. Whoever says these words a hundred times a day will have the reward of freeing ten necks. Moreover, a hundred good deeds are written for him, a hundred bad deeds are erased from him and it is a shield for him from Satan that day until evening, and no one comes with something better than it except for someone who does more than that.
We say : “Subhana Allah wa bihmadihi, subhana Allah Al Atheem” (Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him, Glory be to Allah the Great)
We say: “ Subhana Allah wal hamdullilah “ (Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah)
Those words fill between the heavens and the earth.
Create a program for yourself
In addition, among the good deeds these days is to complete the Qur’an. If you recite three parts daily you will complete the Quran in 10 days. Each letter gives a good deed, and a good deed is ten like it, and a good deed in these days is not like other good deeds.
This is a trade that will never decline.
“Those who recite the Book of Allah, establish prayer, and spend out of what we have provided for them, secretly and openly, hope for a trade that will not fail.”35: 29
It is also a good deed to fast these days. The Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “Whoever fasts for a day in the cause of Allah, Allah will distance his face from the Fire by seventy autumns.”
Fasting the first nine days of Dhul-Hijjah is desirable, and of course we do not forget to fast on the day of Arafah. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “Fasting the day of Arafah, I hope that Allah will expiate for the year before it and the year after it, and fasting on the day of Ashura expiates the sins of a whole year”.
We also use these days in repentance.
“And repent to Allah all of you, O believers, that you may be successful.” 24:31
Also among the good deeds in these days is alms
Visiting the sick
Fulfilling people's needs
Supplication... supplication is worship, especially supplication on the Day of Arafat.. the day of liberation from Hellfire.

Relief of the afflicted.
Turning eyes away from the prohibitions of Allah

The Messenger, may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever prays 12 rak’ahs a day, a house will be built for him in Paradise.”
