Que représente Achoura pour nous ? - Français - Fouad Sirbal: Ce sermon relate la relation entre le jeûne de Achoura et l’évènement qui se déroula entre Moussa et Pharaon. Quatre réflexions donneront lieu à une conclusion optimiste pour l’avenir de l’islam et des musulmans. Lorsque le Prophète émigra à Médine, il trouva les Juifs qui jeûnaient le jour d’Achoura. Il leur demanda : « Quel est-ce jour que vous jeûnez ? » Ils répondirent : « C’est un grand jour durant lequel Allah sauva Moussa (Moïse) et son peuple, et noya pharaon et son peuple. Moussa le jeûna alors pour remercier Allah, donc, nous le jeûnons également. ». Le Prophète dit : « Nous sommes plus dignes de nous réclamer de Moussa que vous.». Ainsi, il jeûna ce jour et ordonna de le jeûner.

If children aren’t raised with love
If children aren’t raised with love, as adults they seek to find it through love of this world.. what they can, or can’t own. Love puts creation in order, it teaches a child how to encounter the world in the right way and what to truly value. Self value, and value for others, are inherited through love.
In many circumstances, couples are forced through necessity to work, though in many cases the ‘necessities’ are conditioned by lifestyle, born out of choice, set by the man and wife together, who think ‘we can have this, if we we both do this’. Society has compounded the notion that both men and women should shape their life around working and that this pattern should continue once children arrive. Acceptable standards of living have now been been calibrated through this understanding. While living costs rise, pay does not, therefore couples have to work. In most cases, the choice has been removed.
What follows is that children grow into adults through being raised in school and cared for by (child) minders. They see little of their parents, so take little of whatever their parents have to offer. Apart from what school teaches them (learn to prepare for work), they are not directed to what is truly beautiful in the world, so Can all too easily conflate happiness with what can be purchased, and what they might be able to buy in the future.
The danger is the following: The child calls out to the mother and the father.. ‘My life is about toys, toys you have given me, toys that you told me I could not have, and toys that are shown to me on the screen you have placed me in front of that I may be able to have in the future.. when all I wanted was love’.
Whatever parents have, it can only be shared with their children through time spent with them.
