هنيئا لك يا سعيد:
Felicitated be "Saeed":
قال هشام بن يحي الكناني : غزونا الروم سنة ثمان وثلاثين وعلينا مسلمة بن عبد الملك، وكان معنا رجل يقال له : سعيد بن الحارث، ذو حظ من عبادة..يصوم النهار ويقوم الليل وما رايته في ليل ولا نهار إلا في حالة اجتهاد، فإن لم يكن وقت الصلاة أو كنا في سير لم يفتر لسانه عن ذكر الله ودراسة القرآن، فأدكني وإياه النوبة ذات ليلة في الحراسة ونحن محاصرون حصن الروم قد استصعب علينا أمره، فقلت له : نم قليلا ، فإنك لا تدري ما يحدث من أمر العدو فإن حدث شيئا كنت نشيطا ، فنام إلي جانب الخباء، وأقمت في موضعي احرس ، فبينما أنا كذلك إذا سمعت سعيدا يتكلم ويضحك ثم مد يمده اليمني كأنه يأخذ شيئا ثم ردها بلطف وهو يضحك ، ثم قال: فالليلة ، ثم وثب من نومه وثبة استيقظ لها ، وجعل يهلل ويكبر ويحمد الله عز وجل فقلت له : خيرا يا أبا الوليد ، إني قد رأيت منك الليلة عجبا فحدثني بما رأيت .قال : أو تعفيني ؟ فذكرته حق الصحبة فقال: رأيت رجلين لم ير قط مثل صورتهما كمالا وحسنا، فقالا لي: يا سعيد..أبشر فقد غفر الله ذنبك وشكر سعيك وقبل عملك واستجاب دعاءك ، فانطلق معنا حتى نريك ما أعد الله لك من النعيم .
Hesham Ben Yahya Al-Kana'ny said: "We conquered the Romans at the year 38 A.H. under the leadership of Muslimah Ben Abdul-Malek, There was a man among us called Saeed Ben Al-Hareth, a man of worshipping. Fasting his days, Praying his nights, never saw him at day or night unless in a diligence case, and I it wasn't a time of praying, or if we were walking, he was always making "Zikr" or studying Quran. One night it was our shift of the guard duty while our army was surrounding the Romans citadel hardly. I told him to sleep a little, as we don't know what might happen from the Romans side, and so as to be active and ready if something happened, He took a side and slept, I stayed in my position guarding. While I'm there I heard Saeed talking and laughing, then he stretched his right hand to front as if he is grapping something, then returned it back smiling, then said: "Tonight!" then he jumped out of sleep. He woke up praising Allah and Thanking Him, I said to him: "What's happened, Abu-Al-waleed? I saw you acted in a strange way while sleeping, tell me what did you see?" He said: "Would you excuse me?" I remind Him with the friendship right, so He told me and said: "I saw two men, with an undescribed perfect and beautiful shapes, they said to me: "O Saeed, Take this good new; Allah had forgave your sin, rewarded your striving, accepted your deeds and "duaa", Come with us to see what Allah had prepared for you in Paradise!"
فماذا رأي في الجنة:
What did He see in Paradise:
وظل سعيد يسرد ما رأى من القصور والحور العين حتى انتهي إلي سرير عليه واحدة من الحور العين كأنها اللؤلؤ المكنون فقالت له: قد طال انتظارنا إياك، فقلت لها: أين أنا ؟ قالت : في جنة المأوي .قلت : ومن أنت ؟ قالت : أنا زوجتك الخالدة .فمددت يدي لأمسها فردتها بلطف وقالت: أما اليوم فلا، إنك راجع إلي الدنيا، فقلت: ما أحب إن أرجع.فقالت: لابد من ذالك وستقيم ثلاثا ثم تفطر عندنا في الليلة الثالثة إن شاء الله ، فقلت : فالليلة..الليلة .قالت : إنه كان أمرا مقضيا ثم نهضت عن مجلسها ، فوثبت لقيامها فإذا أنا قد استيقظت.
قال هشام: فأحدث لله شكرا يا أخي، فقد أراك الله ثواب عملك، فقال: هل رأي أحد مثل ما رأيت؟ فقلت : لا.قال: أسألك الله إلا سترت علي مادمت حيا، فقلت : نعم، ثم انطلق سعيد ..في النهار قتال مع صيام ..وفي الليل قيام مع بكاء .. إلي أن حان الموعد وأقبلت الليلة الثالثة فلم يزل يقاتل العدو يصيبهم ولا يمسونه ، وأنا أرعاه من بعيد لا استطيع الدنو منه ، حتى إذا مالت الشمس للغروب تعمده رجل من فوق الحصن بسهم فوقع في نحره فخر صريعا وأنا انظر إليه فأقبلت إليه مسرعا وقلت له : هنيئا لك بما تفطر الليلة ..يا ليت كنت معك ..ياليتني كنت معك ، فعض شفته السفلي ، وأومأ إلي ببصره ، وهو يضحك ، يعني :اكتم أمري حتى أموت.
ثم قال : الحمد لله الذي صدقنا وعده فوالله ما تكلم بشيء غيرها ثم مضي رحمه الله .قال : فصحت بأعلى صوتي : ياعباد الله ...لمثل هذا فليعمل العاملون، وأخبرتهم بالخبر، فبات الناس يذكرون حديثه ويحرض بعضهم بعضا، ثم أصبحوا فنهضوا إلي الحصن بنيات صادقة وقلوب مشتاقة إلي لقاء الله، فما أضحي النهار حتى فتح الله الحصن ببركة هذا الرجل الصالح.
Saeed continued telling what He saw in Paradise of palaces and Al-Hur Al-Ein, till he reached a bed of one of them like unto Pearls well-guarded, She said to Him: "I had waited so long for you" I said to her: "Where am I?" She replied: "In the Garden of Abode." I said: "Who are you?" "I'm your eternal wife" She replied. He said: "So, I stretched my hand to touch her, she returned it gently and said: "Today! No! You're returning back to life" I said: "I don't want to return back!" She said: "It has to be, you will stay there three (days) and your Iftar will be here at the third night, I said to her: "Tonight!" she said: "It is a matter (so) decreed." Then she got up, and I jumped out of my sleep.
Hesham said: "Thank Allah my brother, He let you see the reward of your deeds." He said: "Is anybody else saw me while sleeping?" I said: "No." He said: "Don't tell anyone as I'm still alive" I said: "Yes." After that He was fighting and fasting at day, praying and crying at night, till it was time, and the third day came, He was fighting enemies, but they could not touch him, I used to see him from a distance but I could not reach him, till the sun was about to set, a man from above the citadel threw him with an arrow, got him in the neck, he felt on the ground while I was looking at him, I hurried to him saying: " Felicitated be you with what you will be rewarded with tonight! I wish I was with you! I wish I was with you!" He bitted his lower lip and motioned with his eyes smiling, meaning: "Save my secret till I die." Then He said: "Praise be to God, Who has truly fulfilled His Promise to us." And said nothing after it, then He died (May Allah bless Him).
I shouted as loud as I can: "O salves of Allah, for the like of this let all strive, who wish to strive." And I told them with what happened.
They spent the night telling his story, and encouraging each other, at the morning they raised to the citadel with pure intentions and with hearts looking forward to meet Allah, before noon the citadel was opened thanks to the blessing of that pious man."
