Every heartbeat. Every neuron. Every vein. Every cell.
None of it is random.
The human body is a masterpiece of precision. From the billions of neural connections in the brain to the heart that beats over 100,000 times a day without conscious effort, every detail points to the perfection of its Creator.
Allah ﷻ repeatedly invites us to reflect upon ourselves—not merely to admire our bodies, but to recognise the One who fashioned them with absolute wisdom.
"And in yourselves. Then will you not see?"

"We have certainly created man in the best of stature."
— Surah At-Tin (95:4)
"We have created you, so why do you not believe?"
— Surah Al-Waqi'ah (56:57)
Every organ, every system, every breath is a sign (آية) calling us back to Allah.
May we never become so familiar with His blessings that we stop being amazed by them.
Reflect. Believe. Worship the One who created you.
