    Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,' one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.”

    In the narration of Kumayl ibn Ziyaad from ‘Alee in which he said:
    “The hearts are Allaah’s vessels on His earth. The most beloved of them to Allaah the Almighty is the most sensitive and pure.” This is a good example, for, if the heart is sensitive and soft, it easily accepts knowledge, and the knowledge then becomes firmly rooted in it and [the heart] is affected by it. On the other hand, if [the heart] is hard and harsh it is difficult for it to accept knowledge.
