Al-Anfal 8:38

Hakim ibn Hizam said to the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam , "You know that in the days before Islam I used to maintain family ties, free slaves, and give charity. Will I be rewarded for any of those deeds?" The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam replied, "You accepted Islam with all the good you did in the past."
Sahih Bukhari (#70)

Say to those who have disbelieved, if they cease (from disbelief) their past will be forgiven. But if they return (thereto), then the examples of those (punished) before them have already preceded (as a warning).

Al-Anfal 8:38

Jesus said: "And indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. That is the straight path."

Abu Ad-Darda reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Nothing is heavier upon the scale of the believer on the Day of Resurrection than his good character. Verily, Allah hates the shameless, obscene person.”

عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا شَيْءٌ أَثْقَلُ فِي مِيزَانِ الْمُؤْمِنِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ خُلُقٍ حَسَنٍ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَيُبْغِضُ الْفَاحِشَ الْبَذِيءَ

(Al Qur'an, 49: 12)
