No one has seen God
"Θεὸν οὐδεὶς ἑώρακεν πώποτε."
"No one has ever seen God." - John 1:18a.
"θεὸν οὐδεὶς πώποτε τεθέαται."
"No one has seen God at any time." - 1 John 4:12.
To see Christ is not to see God.
