Jesus believed in One God and preached God's unity. Jesus was a messenger of God and he did not claim to be anything else.

In other words, Jesus says to the Lord: You are the only true God and You have sent me, i.e. I am Your messenger.
Not once or twice but over and over again and towards the end he mentions again that he is a servant of God and not God himself. Trinitarians always claim (using Paul's writings) that Jesus was perfect man and fully divine. but Jesus himself keep refuting that. This portrait of Jesus, as you will read below, is not of some one who is fully divine, but a humble man, who is not Omnipotent and does not know the future and is praying to God , for help for himself and his followers. Read for yourself:
“I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word. Now they know that everything you have given me comes from you. For I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me. I pray for them.
