The 6 days fasting on the month of Shawaal after the 30 days fasting on Ramadan guarantees you with a ONE YEAR(360 days) full of fasting.
Further it is mentioned in Quran , Surah Al-An'am - verse 160 that every good deed of a believer is credited with a reward equal to TEN times.
So the reward for fasting on
30 days of Ramadan + 6 days of Shawwal = 30*10 + 6*10 =
360 Days or 1 Year in Hijri.
