The same way you selected Sahi Hadeeths and rejected others as weak Hadeeths.
There were many writers or narraters for "Gospel of Jesus'. The early Christian Scholars & Church had done enough stuides on this and they selected what is 'Sahi' and rejected what is 'weak'.

Gud way but not useful for you,as you have no idea how hadith were collected.
We have details and information about the hadith narattors,weather they were liar ? cheater ? did some crimes,lied.
if any point is true then his information is verified multiple times,by different scholars.
but What info we have about Bible ? Who selected ? Why some books were not considered as true ?
1600 year old bible contain 2-3 more books than you have today! Why ? Who removed those books from list.
If anyone wish to know about Paul,he have to read bible.there is no another book to know more,talking about him from the time he was alive...Why ?
What Kind of Person was Paul or his followers ? Who was his father ? mother ? did he had sexual feelings ? Did he slept with anyone,when he was killing Christians ?
