Divorce

#Islam urges that the marriage contract be permanent and that the marriage relationship be characterised by continuity so much so that husband and wife remain together until death separates them. Islam goes as far as to call marriage a “solemn pledge”. Specifying a date for terminating the marriage contract is strictly prohibited.

While Islam stresses all this, it does, however, take into account the fact that it lays down rules and regulations for human beings with frailties that characterise human nature, and so it lays down rules and regulations as to how a divorce may be negotiated after all efforts of reconciliation have been exhausted and there is no other recourse. 

In this way, it deals fairly and in a practical manner with both spouses. When aversion and conflicts between spouses persistently become intolerable, divorce becomes a necessity for the prosperity and familial and social stability for each one of them. The reason for such an inevitable course of action explains the failure of marriage to realize its purpose, hence dissolution of marriage becomes the lesser of two evils.

It is for this reason that Islam allows marriage dissolution through divorce as a means to end an unsuccessful marriage and to give each spouse the chance to find another spouse for a better relationship. As the Qur’an states, “If a couple do separate, Allah will enrich each of them from His boundless wealth. Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Wise.” (Soorat An-Nisaa’, 4:130)

However, it has laid down a number of rules and criteria concerning divorce, including the following:

• As a general rule, #divorce rests with the husband except under certain circumstances.

• The wife may request a divorce from the judge if she cannot bear to live with her husband any longer for legitimate reasons and the latter refuses to divorce her. The judge then undertakes to dissolve the marriage contract if the reason for requesting a divorce is acceptable.

• A husband can remarry his wife after a second divorce; however, if he divorces her a third time, he cannot possibly remarry her unless she marries another man who has genuinely divorced her.

Example :
1. First Commandment ..Jesus said
"...The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord."
Mark 12:29
Just make it opposite…God is not One but 3.
2. Second commandment says you
cannot make any image of God. You just
went its opposite and made idol of God.
3. Bible says you cannot eat pork, they
twisted it and eat pork.
4. Circumcision was prescribed in the
bible, so their doctrine is no
circumcision.
5. Don’t follow Jesus teaching but do as what St Paul said…
According to the Bible, Jesus spent his whole life in strict adherence to the commandments of the law of Moses. In the Bible he said the following words:
"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, TILL HEAVEN AND EARTH PASS, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."
Matthew 5:17-19
But they follow Paul words : eg …"Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law."
Romans 3:28
Paul decided that the laws of Moses (pbuh) (e.g. "thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not kill, ...etc.") which Jesus (pbuh) had taught the faithful during his lifetime were a "curse" upon them and no longer necessary,

The Holy Quran Challanges Atheism.
Atheism is based on a false claim that the universe wasn't created and that it is eternal and will remain so.By Magdy AbdalshafyThis claim is now groundless and absurd because it has been scientifically proven that the universe has come into being as a result of a huge explosion known as "the Big Bang," and it is expanding and it won't keep expanding forever.In his book, God: The Evidence, The Reconciliation of Faith and Reason in a Postsecular World, the American scholar Patrick Glynn from the George Washington University writes: “The past two decades of research have overturned nearly all the important assumptions and predictions of an earlier generation of modern secular and atheist thinkers relating to the issue of God. 

Modern thinkers assumed that science would reveal the universe to be ever more random and mechanical; instead it has discovered unexpected new layers of intricate order that bespeak an almost unimaginably vast master design.

 Modern psychologists predicted that religion would be exposed as a neurosis and outgrown; instead, religious commitment has been shown empirically to be a vital component of basic mental health…” In fact, the Glorious Qur’an has leveled a fatal blow to atheism because it refers to scientific facts that have been only found out in the last few decades. The total number of the Qur’anic verses is 6600 verses; about one thousand verses have scientific natures, add to this a huge number in the Prophet’s words. 

We should always bear in mind that the Glorious Qur’an is not a science book; it is a book of guidance that addresses every age according to its mentality, refuting the claims of atheism and undermining the atheism of every age according to the basics that they build on.
 For example:There is a reference to the Big Bang in the Qur’an.There is a reference to the expansion of the universe.There is a reference to the gaseous state of the universe that followed the Big Bang.There is a reference to how the universe will end (the Big crunch).There is a reference to the supernova in the Qur’an.

There is a reference to the massive star-end; both pulsars and the black hole are given a special mention in the Qur’an.There is a reference to the end of the sun-like stars as red giants.

There is a reference to the end of the sun and how it will swallow the moon and the nearby planets.There is a reference to the resting place of the sun (science says that the sun and planets are moving swiftly towards a caertain black hole in the center of the galaxy).There is a reference in the Qur’an to matter and anti-matter.There is a reference in the Qur’an to the movement of the moon.

There is a reference in the Qur’an to the speed of light.There is a reference in the Qur’an to formation of the cloud.There is a reference in the Qur’an to the ozone layer.There is a reference in the Qur’an to the metals(iron in particular) sent from massive stars to the earth.There is a reference in the Qur’an to the formation of clouds.There is a reference in the Qur’an to spherical shape of the universe.There is a reference in the Qur’an to the motion of movement of stars and its locationsThere is a reference in the Qur’an to the multitudes of moons and suns in the universe.
