One Allah
The Prophet (peace & blessings be upon him) said: “Fasting three days (Ayaam Al-Baeed) of each month is fasting for a lifetime, and Ayaam Al-Baeed are the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth.” (Al-Nasaa’i )
In sha Allah, for Safar, Al Ayyam al-Beed will fall on:
13th – Saturday 12th October
14th – Sunday 13th October
15th – Monday14th October
14th – Sunday 13th October
15th – Monday14th October

It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “My close friend [the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)] advised me to do three things which I will not give up until I die: fasting three days of each month, praying Duha, and sleeping after Witr.

The Prophet (peace & blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, anyone who fasts a day in Allah's cause (for Allah's Pleasure) Allah will keep his face away from the (Hell) fire for (a distance covered by a journey of) seventy years." (Bukhari)
