First About Corruption :
Weather you take Islamic View or not there are enough proof that Indeed the contain words edited,removed,added by churches or leader to make proofs of there views.
Im Must Add that even you believed that there were lots of Gospels and from them 4 were selected by people who already taken there belief as truth.

In Gospel Its not just changing words or correcting texts,but also full paragraph and lines.
even people tried to make God as trinity by corrupting John Gospel and adding lines to make GOD Trinity.
Whats More...the most oldest Gospel is corrected more than 15000 times.
Some Christians claim that No Bible is not corrupted as there are side note or in foot notes its written that this passage was not in manuscript or was taken from another manuscript.
when you can see some info in bible,then how can you claim its not corrupted by people ?

I understand the confusion you get.its becoz you don;t believe what we believe.
The Meaning of Word Muslim is enough know Who is Muslim,meaning itself says everything.
yet,you don;t get due to some different belief than ours.
The main problem is,you Christians believe Muslim came after 7 century,and Specially you uncle.
you strongly believes that Quran don;t say about corruption,Zakir Nayak type people spreaded these things.i also know,you get this view from Christians,as i too received from Christians s

anyways. here im giving views,Which I believe.
YES,JESUS CHRIST WAS INDEED A MULIM,RACE WISE A JEW,
The Apostles of Christ Were too Muslims,but not people after them.
I believe Jesus as Muslim,becoz he Submitted his will to GOD.His Apostles also Submitted will to GOD Almighty not to Christ,so they were too muslims. Jesus worshiped God Almighty,his Apostles Worshiped God Almighty not Jesus Christ.
From Your Question i feel that You believe that Those who followed Muslim Prophet,
so his followers became Muslims.but i think,thats not the case.
Muslim = The One Who submit Will to GOD in ALL CASE ,ALL TIME.Jesus Apostles Didn;t Submitted Will to Chirst but to Allah Almighty.but people after them didn;t,so they were not muslim.
To You,A Christian is follower of christ,you believe that you follow christ,but you don't.
you are paulin,you follow Paul.
you believe that after Jesus Jesus Apostles wrote books and everyone started following them.
But We know Jesus Christ Was Rejected by his own people,so Jesus Apostles were rejected too.
When they were rejected then Who followed them ? When Jesus and apostles were rejected then Who can be Muslim ?
a Christian is the one who worship God Almighty following the way of Christ,Who take christ as prophet not as son of GOD and they must accept all prophet too.Which none of do today.so,you are not christian but paulin.
as people rejected Jesus and his apostles teachings and accepted the theory of paul and took christ as son of GOD.that means they didn't submitted there will to God Almighty,so they were not muslims.
again,If you are going to say that Jesus was Muslim and apostles were Muslim so there followers are too muslim. then you are wrong.
The Definition of Muslim is Who submit will to GOD.not those who follow Muslim Prophet.
