The 112th Surah of the Quran is Surah Al-Ikhlaas that was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) containing only four ayah. This short surah is a declaration of the oneness of Allah and stresses the concept of Tawhid.
Narrated by Abu Said Al Khudri:
A man heard another man reciting (Surah Al-Ikhlaas) "Say He is Allah, (the) One" repeatedly. The next morning he came to Allah's Apostle and informed him about it as if he thought that it was not enough to recite. On that the Apostle of Allah said, "By Him in Whose Hand my life is, this Surah is equal to one-third of the Quran!" Sahih Bukhari [Volume 6, Book 61, Number 533].
