Where are the arrogant, the tyrants of the earth?!

Where are the arrogant, the tyrants of the earth?!
Allah the Almighty said:
“So today We will save you in body that you may be a sign for those after you. And indeed, many among mankind are heedless of Our signs.” (Yunus: 92)
Allah, in His Noble Qur’an—into which falsehood cannot enter from before it or behind—has condemned Pharaoh in many places, describing him with tyranny, disbelief, and corruption on earth.
Among the most prominent verses that describe him and the progression of his disbelief and arrogance:
His loftiness and arrogance:
“Go to Pharaoh; indeed, he has transgressed.” (Taha: 24)
Allah said:
“And We certainly saved the Children of Israel from the humiliating torment, from Pharaoh. Indeed, he was haughty and among the transgressors.” (Ad-Dukhan: 30–31)
His claim:
“I am your highest lord.” (An-Nazi'at: 24)
And his saying:
“You believed in him before I gave you permission. Indeed, this is a plot you plotted in the city…” (Al-A‘raf: 123)
His oppression and enslavement of the Children of Israel:
“Indeed, Pharaoh exalted himself in the land and made its people into factions, oppressing a group among them, slaughtering their sons and sparing their women. Indeed, he was of the corrupters.” (Al-Qasas: 4)
His end, and his attempt to repent at the final moment:
“Now? And you had disobeyed before and were of the corrupters?” (Yunus: 91)
His punishment by drowning:
“So We seized him and his soldiers and cast them into the sea. So see how was the end of the wrongdoers.” (Al-Qasas: 40)
Reflect on his fate and punishment in the grave and on the Day of Judgment:
“The Fire—they are exposed to it morning and evening. And on the Day the Hour is established, [it will be said], ‘Admit the people of Pharaoh into the severest punishment.’” (Ghafir: 46)
And this is the path of his people and followers, upon misguidance and blindness:
“He will lead his people on the Day of Resurrection and bring them into the Fire, and wretched is the place to which they are brought.” (Hud: 98)
So let the tyrants of the earth and the killers of the innocent take heed.
