-- Situations and Times when Dua is Accepted --
Situations:
1) When a person has been wronged or oppressed
2) When a person finds themselves in severe difficulty
3) After a calamity has struck a person.
4) The one who is travelling.
5) The one who is fasting.
6) The one who is reciting the Quran or has just recited the Quran.
7) The one who is performing Hajj or Umrah.
8) The one who is making a Dua for someone in their absence, then an angel says ameen, unto you.
9) The one who is in a state of remembering Allah constantly
10) A Just Ruler (leader)

6) When the imam sits down between the two khutbas on Friday and after the Khutbah.
7) In the last period before Magrib on Friday
8) When waking up at night.
9) After performing Wudu
10) Before drinking Zam Zam water
11) During the month of Ramadan
12) Dua on Laylatul Qadr - the night of Decree
13) Dua while visiting the sick.
14) Dua when the rain falls.
15) Dua at the crowing of the rooster
