If you do not respect yourself, no one is going to respect you.
If you do not love yourself, no one is going to respect you.

The Glorious Quran Surah Al-Imran 3:139

وَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَلاَ تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنتُمُ الأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

3:139 So lose not heart, nor fall into despair:
For ye must gain mastery if ye are true in Faith.
