Shia killed Hassan and Ali RA and called Hassan a Kafir after shia splitted Hassan into 2 parts they only cry on the Martydom of Hussain.
AL Hassan says : O' people of Kufa ,you killed my Father(Ali RA) and Stabbed be in my abdomen) then Shi'i man called Jarrah ibn sinaan Stabbed him in his thighs untill reached the skeletal bone and splitted him into 2 parts.
In another narration Jarrah ibn sinaam saids indeed you commited SHIRK O' Hassan ,YOU left The imamah of Ali to Muawiya .

Shia killed Hassan but cry only on killing of Hussein ,they made Al Hassan The infallible the man who has a wilayat takwiniyya and who knows the unseen(according to them ) a KAFIR. as he left the most important thing in shia religion to Muawiya not only this but he also gave The Imamah to Muawiya. And lived under the Imamah of Muawiya.
