Therefore celebrating and rejoicing with them during the period is

2. The implications of saying/celebrating (Happy Xmas) is the same as saying "Happy associating partners with Allah"

Shaikhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah Said it is not permissible, it is forbidden for a Muslim to be practicing or copying the days of celebration of the religion of Christianity.
DO NOT SAY HAPPY XMAS
RATHER SAY I AM A MUSLIM AND I DON'T CELEBRATE IT.
Ya Allah SWT make it easy for us to practice your religion for your sake and the way Your Rasul S.A.W taught and practiced. Ameen
