JESUS CHRIST IN ISLAM

🌟JESUS CHRIST IN ISLAM 🌟
Jesus Christ, his real name is Eesa (Peace be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah and has been born miraculously to Virgin Mary, real name is Mariam (May Allah be Pleased with Her). [1]
⭐ Importance⭐
Eesa (Peace be upon him)in Islam is a Messenger of God who had been sent to guide the Children of Israel (Banī Isrāīl) with a new scripture, the Injīl (gospel). To aid him in his quest, Jesus was given the ability to perform miracles, with the permission of Allah. According to Islamic texts, Jesus was neither killed nor crucifed, but rather he was raised alive up to heaven. Islamic traditions narrate that he will return to earth near the Day of Judgment to restore justice and defeat the Antichrist.
Like all Prophets in Islam, Jesus is considered to have been a Muslim, as he preached for people to adopt the straight path in submission to God’s will. Islam rejects that Jesus was God or the son of God, stating that he was an ordinary human being who, like other prophets, had been divinely chosen to spread God’s message.
Islamic texts forbid the association of partners with Allah (The God), emphasising the notion of God’s Divine Oneness. Numerous titles are given to Jesus in the Qur`an, such as al-Masīah, although it does not correspond with the meaning accrued in Christian belief that he is the son of Mary and Gods servant. Jesus is seen in Islam as a precursor toMuhammad, and is believed by Muslims to have foretold His coming. [2]
⭐Qur’an⭐
Prophet Eesa (Peace be upon him) is one the Messengers of Allah .He is also mentioned in the Glorious Qur’an with utmost respect.
“And when you made out of the clay, a figure like that of a bird, by My Permission, and you breathed into it, and it became a bird by My Permission, and you healed those born blind, and the lepers by My Permission, and when you brought forth the dead by My Permission.” Qur’an.Surah Ale Imran 3: 49 and SurahMaidah 5: 110.
Prophet Eesa (Peace be upon him) foretold the coming of ProphetMuhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) “And [mention] when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of Allah to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name is Ahmad." But when he came to them with clear evidences, they said, "This is obvious magic."Qur’an.Surah Saff 61:6.[3]
⭐Second Coming of Eesa⭐
Narrated Abu Huraira ® : Allah's Apostle (May Allah honour Him and grant Him Peace)said, "The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts).Sahih Al Bukhari Vol 3: 425, 656 or 2222(NE).
Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) is reported to have said: "How will you be when the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you and he will judge people by the Law of the Qur'an and not by the law of the Gospel”. Sahih Al Bukhari Vol 4:658.
Allah's Messenger (May Allah honour Him and grant Him Peace) said: The Dajjal would appear in my and he would stay (in the world) for forty-I cannot say whether he meant forty days, forty months or forty years. And Allah would then send Jesus son of Mary who would resemble 'Urwa b Mas'ud. He (Jesus Christ) would chase him and kill him (Dajjal). Sahih Al Muslim 7023.
Abu Hurayrah said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “I am the closest of people to ‘Eesa ibn Maryam because there was no Prophet between him and me…” Then he mentioned his descent at the end of time. Then he said: “And he will remain for as long as Allah wills he should remain, then he will die and the Muslims will offer the funeral prayer for him and bury him.” Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah (2182) [4] [5]
