Taweez,Astrology, fortune-telling,soothsaying, prediction of the future, witchcraft,Spells,superstition and similar practices are all subsystems of idolatry and polytheism. They are all forbidden in Islam as sinful and they are all commonly classified as Shirk ....
Shirk is one of the things which Allah will never forgive. This is what Allah says in Surah Inaam Verse 93 about Punishment in grave for Shirk.
