Paul wrote Galatians (c. 50–55 AD) saying:
“Even if an angel from heaven preaches another gospel, let him be accursed.”
Yet the Gospels were written later:
Mark: c. 60–70 AD
Matthew & Luke: c. 70–85 AD
John: c. 90–100 AD
These dates are scholarly estimates, not certainties.
The first complete Bible appeared only in the 4th century, and the earliest surviving fragments date to the 2nd century.
So the dilemma remains:
How was a “new Gospel” forbidden before the Gospels even existed?
