There are 19 angels and 7 gates of Hell; thus, these 19 angels are distributed across the 7 gates = 19/7. Today, we know that this equals 'Euler's number', i.e., 2.71.

Allah Himself provides the answer:
Do they not reflect upon the Quran? Had it been from anyone other than Allah, they would have found many contradictions in it
