The Quran was transmitted to us through a living chain — teacher to student, breath to breath, across fourteen centuries.
This August, that chain continues.
Treasure Found: An Intermediate Tajwīd Intensive
Covering Shaykh Ibrāhīm al-Samannūdī’s Bahjat al-Luḥādh in Hafs narration with Imam Suhaib Webb.
📖 Night One (Fri Aug 22) — The science of transmission: qirāʾah, riwāyah, and tarīq. The chain from the Prophet ﷺ to Imām al-Muʿaddil. Rules 1–2: the basmala and the disconnected mudd.
📖 Night Two (Sat Aug 23) — Rules 3–11: sakt, ghunna, idghām, ishmām, and the words that distinguish this tarīq from al-Shāṭibī’s.
📖 Night Three (Sun Aug 24) — Rules 12–17, full comparative review, recitation practice, and two ijāza transmissions to close.
5–8PM each evening · Center DC
