"If my people who are called my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, them I'll hear from heaven and I'll forgive their sins. (2 Chronicles 7:14).
And then Paul says,
"Without shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sins." (Hebrews 9:22).
So whom would you follow? Paul or the Old Testament?
